Frequently Asked Questions

How many days per week, and how long is each session?

The minimum is two sessions per week. This has proven to be the bare minimum in order to see results. Sessions are thirty minutes or one hour depending on the plan you select. Either way, you’ll love me in the end.

What specific fitness level is this designed for?

We start from where you are. I will work with you to get you to the desired fitness level you want to be as long as you are willing to put in the work.

Does it include nutritional guidance or resources?

Yes! Fitness nutrition is a vital part of programming. Consultation is always available with your plan. Fitness nutrition plans are available for a separate charge.

How does the program handle recovery and prevent burnout?

More is not always better. A well-designed program builds in rest days or active recovery to keep you safe and progressing without breaking your body down. We have work to do!
